We use a team login with limited permissions where possible and never change your payout bank details. Everything we do is transparent and you can review all activity at any time.

Do you take a percentage of sales on top of the monthly fee?
For account management packages, we charge a flat monthly retainer — no percentage cut on top. This means we are incentivised to grow your account because you are more likely to stay long-term. For consignment selling, we take 30–40% of the sale price — no upfront fee at all.
Can you manage both my eBay and Amazon accounts?
