Consignment FAQ
What percentage do I get?
On the Remote Listing service, you keep 80%+ of the sale price after platform fees — the exact split depends on the stock category, volume, and listing complexity, and we agree it upfront before listing anything. Full-service consignment (where we also store, pack, and ship) is still in development, so its split isn't finalised yet — we'll confirm it before that service launches.
How often do I get paid?
You choose — weekly or monthly. Each payment comes with a detailed statement showing every item sold, the sale price, platform fees, and your share. Payment is made by bank transfer.
What if items don't sell?
If items haven't sold after an agreed period (usually 8–12 weeks), we discuss options: reduce price, take the listing down, or agree a bulk price for the remaining items. You're never stuck.
Do I need my own eBay or Amazon account?
No. We list on our own accounts. That's the whole point — you don't need to set up, manage, or maintain any marketplace accounts, or reply to a single buyer message yourself.
Do you collect or store my stock?
Not yet. Right now we offer Remote Listing — you keep the stock at home and send us photos, then pack and post it yourself once it sells. A full-service option where we collect, store, and ship everything for you is a work in progress while we build out the storage space it needs.
How does shipping work if you don't hold my stock?
When an item sells, we message you the buyer's address and the exact item to send. You pack it and post it (we'll advise on the right postage). We keep handling any buyer questions before and after the sale.
What condition does the stock need to be in?
We accept new, sealed, opened, and pre-owned stock. We don't list damaged or faulty items — those are better suited to a bulk sale. If you're unsure, send us photos and we'll advise.
Is there a minimum quantity?
We generally need at least 20–30 items to make remote listing worthwhile for both parties. For very high-value items (electronics, branded goods), we can work with smaller quantities. Email us and we'll discuss.
Can I track what's selling?
Yes. We provide regular updates and you get a full statement with every payment. We're completely transparent — you see exactly what's listed, what sold, and for how much.
What about returns from buyers?
We handle all buyer communication if a return is requested. Because you hold the stock, the returned item comes back to your address — we'll talk you through relisting it if that happens. Returns are a normal part of online selling and are factored into our commission.
When will full-service consignment be available?
