Do you need to visit my shop?
No. This is a fully remote service — you send us photos by email, we do the listing and buyer messages from there. We never need to visit your premises, and you never need to visit ours.
Do I need an eBay, Amazon, or Vinted account?
No. We list on our own accounts, so you don't need to set up or manage anything. When an item sells, we tell you what to send and where.
How do I know this isn't a scam?
Start with a free sample listing so there's nothing to lose testing us out, and we send you the live public listing link the moment we publish so you can verify it yourself. You get paid your share as soon as the first item sells, before we ask for any more stock.
What's the catch with the free sample listing?
No catch. Send us photos of one item, we write and publish the listing at no cost, and you get the live link to watch it for yourself. If you like what you see, send more stock — if not, there's no obligation to continue and nothing owed either way.
What if my photos aren't great quality?
Phone photos are fine — we'll give you a simple shot-list (a few angles, good lighting, clean background) and can advise on anything that needs a retake before we list it.
Can you also collect and store my stock for me?
Not yet — that full-service option is a work in progress while we build out the storage space it needs. Remote listing is available right now, and we'll let anyone who registers interest know as soon as full consignment launches.
Is there a minimum amount of stock?
No strict minimum, though remote listing tends to make the most sense from around 10-20 items upward. Email us with what you have and we'll advise honestly.
What percentage do I keep?
Typically 80%+ of the sale price after platform fees, agreed with you before we list anything.
