What about returns with missing accessories or packaging?
We buy them. Missing remote controls, lost charger cables, damaged boxes, missing manuals — these are all normal with customer returns and we factor it into our pricing. The core product usually still has value even without all the original accessories. We do not reject stock for missing parts.
I only have a small amount of returns — is it worth contacting you?
